Pav Bhaji

- Potatoes- 4-5 pcs
- Carrots- 2 pcs
- Tomatoes- 1.5 kg
- French Beans- 150 gm
- Capsicum- 2 pcs
- Lemon
- Methi
- Coriander Leaves
- Peas - 100 gm
- Ginger- Small piece
- Butter- 4 tbsp
Recipe
Boil the potatoes and peel it off. Mash it very well. Cut Carrots, french beans and capsicum and boil them too. Now beat the tomatoes and make a fine paste. Put the butter in the Kadai and add the fine paste of tomato in it. after 7-10 minutes, add all vegetables ( Beated Vegetables). Pour lemon juice, salt, chilly powder as per taste. Mix Methi in it. At last add peas on it and garnish it with onions and coriander leaves.
